Like most Americans, Wonder Woman and I are having some trouble keeping up with our mortgage payments, so we’ve decided to downgrade our housing situation to something a bit more affordable. Whaddya think? Like it?
Of course, I’m joking. Well, not about the “keeping up with the mortgage” part, but about moving into the shanty shown above … mostly because the land on which the shanty sits is probably worth double what we could get for our house.
This ramshackle structure sits between two very well-kept buildings at the end of Bearskin Neck in Rockport, Mass., and I am just dying to know what the story is with this place. Anyone?

It was built by Egyptian monks as a monument to their Hero Merv Griffen.
It’s true.
Hmmm … Your information is suspect, Dan.
