Motif No. 1 & Lobster traps

There’s no ’tif like Motif

Ever wonder where these come from? Well, some of ’em come from right here in Massachusetts.

This is yet another shot from our recent excursion to Bearskin Neck in Rockport. All of those things stacked along the wharf are lobster traps, and that red building (also shown here) is Motif No. 1, which apparently is America’s most painted building.

I don’t paint … so you’ll have to settle for the photos.
