The surf at the beach in Delaware was too rough for them to go in for a dip, so Zan and his cousin Max (both formerly of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) settled for playing that old favorite, “Run Away from the Waves!” … or, as I like to call it, “Keep the Sand Crabs Out of Your Shorts!”
Max weighs about six ounces, but despite his small stature, he is far more fearless than Zan … which explains why we had to fish Max out of the surf several times during the course of the game … “several” being the operative word; no amount of abuse at the hands of the ocean would dissuade him from repeatedly putting himself in a position for the sea to again knock him on his ass.
Zan may have gotten one of his toes wet.
It’s surprising that Zan is so cautious, seeing as how his father is such a daredevil; why, just yesterday I actually started the car before fastening my seatbelt … yeah, and I also poured milk on my breakfast cereal … without even checking the expiration date.

I grew up watching TMNT and I will say neither myself or my brother have turned out badly.. although he does want to be a lawyer… lol
I haven’t been to the beach at all this year so I am very jealous.
